Calling all expecting mamas! Join Melissa in a workshop designed to support and nurture you through every stage of pregnancy, helping you feel more at ease in your changing body while preparing for birth. We’ll focus on gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation, all thoughtfully designed to relieve common pregnancy aches, including round ligament pain, SI joint discomfort, backaches, fatigue, and swelling, while also creating space in the chest and ribs for easier breathing. Special attention is given to pelvic floor health and movements that support breast health, helping you feel strong and supported throughout your journey.
Beyond the physical practice, this class is a welcoming space to connect with other moms-to-be. It’s a chance to share experiences, ask questions, and build a sense of community that can last long after birth. This class is open to all trimesters, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
