Join me for a special Couple’s Prenatal Yoga Workshop designed to support connection, confidence, and calm as you prepare to welcome your baby. This intimate experience invites you and your partner to slow down and move together through gentle prenatal flow, grounding breathwork, and guided relaxation. You’ll learn supportive tools for labor and birth while deepening your bond in a welcoming, judgment-free space.
This workshop is especially beneficial for couples who are 26+ weeks into pregnancy as you begin preparing more intentionally for labor and delivery. No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are. We can’t wait to hold space for you both.
