Moderate effort with increasing endurance and cardio challenge. Join us in Gratitude Flow on Thanksgiving morning—and breathe before you feast! If you're ready to feel some heat while building strength and mobility, this class is for you. Similar to our Dynamic Practice, this is open to all levels of practitioners but may be most enjoyable for yogis with a foundational understanding of the yoga asanas.
